COMPANY POLICIES –
Sommers Painting & Wallpapering is dedicated to providing quality work to serve our clients needs.
We have company policies for the benefit of our clients.
• Any job exceeding $1,000 requires a 25% down payment along with a signed contract.
• Any changes made to your scheduled project kindly give a minimum of 72 hour notice.
• For complete cancellation of a project you will forfeit your 25% deposit along with cost of products purchased.
• Full payment is due at the time of completion.
• We require a safe working environment while our employees are on premises.
• We require you to remove any valuable items or heirlooms so they can be properly stored prior to us starting. We will not be liable for any items that are left unprotected.
• We require that rooms be prepared prior to painting. Unless otherwise discussed at time of the estimate.
• We reserve the right to before and or after pictures of the project. These pictures may be uploaded to our website without the use of any personal information.
